Replacement & Refund Policy

This replacement and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a replacement or a refund for your order. If you have any question that is not covered by this policy, you may contact us directly and we will respond as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I receive a defected item?

While the instance is rare, should you receive a defected item, wrong item, or any other issue, please contact us right away. We are more than happy to take care of any issue that may happen with your order.  Should your order have any issues (defects etc...) the window of time to report the issue is 7 days.

To notify us of your order issue, please contact our customer support team through live chat or email.

Once we are informed of your intent to replace your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of the issue as our print providers will need this to approve a replacement.
